This group serves the purpose of helping people relax while also raising awareness of themselves and the world around them. During meditation, it is a time to reflect on our emotions and ask ourselves the hard questions as we sit in silence. I’ve been meditating for nine years and my mental mindstate has drastically improved, with the help of other activities but through meditation i’ve learned to focus and increase conscious awareness of myself and emotion and so forth.
